This is the hardest workout I've ever done. (Tried to do) I can't believe not only did you destroy the workout, but you did it talking the whole time. Man, that was impressive, dude!

Man you're a beast. I tried to follow along while watching this video, but found myself tapping out during some exercises. This was really intense. It was funny to realize that i was struggling a lot, and you were able to talk as if it was nothing.

This was great. And also, a humbling experience to see that it was intense for you as well. I really enjoy your videos, and even though i am not much of a 'YouTube commenter', but your videos definitely deserve this kind of feedback. Keep it up!

I have been doing this routine on and off since it was released, plus a couple of others.
Before finding this channel I had back pains, terrible posture and was very far from being able to do a planche or a handstand. I can't say I'm anywhere near Gabo's shape right now 😅, but I believe I have improved a lot! Thanks so much!!🙏

Since the beginning of the lockdown, your videos have become a way to boost our days. This workout was incredibly amazing and challenging (the simplified version of the exercises was helpful sometimes!). I like these 15-min videos which target a specific area of the body, I think they are very effective and if you do them regularly you can clearly see the improvements (either the way you perform the workout or the shape of your body). It would be great having a bunch of these workouts for each muscular group (e.g. shoulders, chest, arms, the entire upper body, glutes, legs, etc.) or even 15-min videos with progression (either to build the needed strength or to develop awareness) for specific goals (e.g. handstand, peacock pose, angel pose, etc.). This is so far the toughest (mentally and physically) ab workout I've found. Astounding challenge, that I have yet to tackle with clean form and no breaks.

This was a challenging ab workout. I finished it but had to do 30% easier version. I use to be as flexible as you but getting older (suks) just for the record i w/out between 80-90mins a day5 dys a wk. Lots of hiit weights k/boxing biking abs etc but im now 60 in not as flexible as i use to be! you did a great job 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
