This is one of the best. If I took a video of my first time compared to where I am now in just 3 weeks…it’s like night and day. I do 1-2 sets 3 times a week before strength training and it’s upping my cardio with body fat going down too. Simply put, amazing!

This workout is by far the most intense for that amount of time on your channel i absolutely love it i eventually want to be able to go for 3 rounds but like you said take it easy fitness is a journey not a destination much love from zimbabwe chris you literally changed my body and my life 🙏🏾

I love the way you talk about exercise, especially with regard to fitness being a journey rather than a destination. Workouts like these are great because they are pretty quick, but tough and so good for tracking progress. I'm excited to give it a go. Thanks!

Chris, out of all your workout videos this hits the spot for me! I've included this to my weekly routine for 3-4 times a week mostly 3 rounds per session. I've I run out of time due to life, I only do one round. This workout has all movements I like and I can see huge progress on how I can go thorugh it. I also can see amazing results visually.
