Very nice exercise routine. I had severe arm and shoulder pain after tennis matches. After I have started these exercises, it has completely stopped.
Instead of weights, I am using water bottles. I keep adding water bottles, once I get used.

exercises are good, I would just go slower to allow patients a better control (and try them with eyes closed)
