Alright here’s a quick and effective bodyweight ab workout that targets all parts of your core that you can do pretty much anywhere. Each exercise you're gonna do for 30 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds before moving onto the next, and once you finish all 6 rest for 1 minute and repeat 2 more times.

Full Workout:
1. V in-and-outs
2. Leg raises
3. Oblique crunch
4. Reverse crunch
5. Russian twists
6. Flutter kicks

5 pound - punches 6x6

Sit ups - 4x8

Crunches - 6x10

Push ups - 4x4

Hundreds - 20x6

Flutter kicks - 14x8

V in and outs -4x8

Leg raises - 6x4

Plank - 1 min

Russian twists - 8x8

High crunches - 6x8

Oblique crunches - 6x4
