Hey chris, I am a calisthenics athlete. I’ve been training for 7 months, now I can muscle up, straddle front lever, nearly one arm pull up tuck planche, straddle 90 degree hold, handstand push up and more, thanks to you. I am 14 years old and turning 25 kater in may. Thanks for inspiration and I look forward to more workouts 👍

Its because of Chris's workout and progressions I can now hold a handstand and also do handstand pushups. I was really unfit and had a lot of health issues but I have been following Chris's workouts for almost 3 years now and I am in the best shape of my life. Thank you for changing my life Chris.💪

Wrists
1:50 Arm swings
Up and down streching
2:09 Wall walks - 4 Reps
3:50 Handstand facing the wall - 30 seconds
5:05 Handstand finger press - 30 seconds
7:12 Handstand alternating toe taps - 30 seconds
8:18 Handstand kick-ups - 10 reps

Hey Chris I watch all of your workout videos, you motivate me so much I am on schedule to compete in the CrossFit games next year, you have increased my Calisthenics, endurance, strength, I feel super human in a way because I can workout for 2 hours non stop and not feel tired, out of breath, etc. Thank you so much for your videos keep up the awesome work stay humble, positive and stay awesome.

Hey Chris hope you are doing great thank you for always motivating all of us around the world I started working out 1 year ago when COvid started I failed a bunch of times but 3 months ago I started back I was able to hold an l sit for 15sec and going from not being able to do 1 push ups to being able to do 25 push ups in a row with perfect form and going from not being able to do 1pull up to being able to do 7pull ups and got an insane transformation just by following your workouts
