Breakfast: 100% Peanut butter sandwich and scrambled eggs. Black coffee without sugar.
Snack: Handful of Almonds with dried cranberries.
Lunch: Stir fried basil pork with rice and egg.
Snack: NIL
Dinner: Steamed broccoli, carrots and chicken.
