I completed the workout with a lot of variations to make it low-impact. I’m just glad I broke a sweat and kept moving for 20 mins straight. I’m coming out of a year long depression. I used to be very fit, but then I laid down for days at a time and now my legs feel like a ton of bricks to lift up. This is a great start, thanks 🙏🏽

After a month, I finally completed this workout. I remember starting this and ended up exact 25%, started again after a week and I hit the 50% mark, hit 80% on the 3rd week and now at exactly 30th day. I finished the workout.
