Fat-burning HIIT WALKING WORKOUT to lose weight | Walk at home with no equipment and no squats

This 25 minute walking HIIT walk at home workout is a sweaty walking/jogging/running workout. Go at your own pace! If you want to walk the whole time, you can! The pace can be determined by what you can do, and by what you want to get out of the workout. We'll take breaks at different periods during the workout (but you can push through the breaks if you want). This workout is great for fat-burning, calorie burning, and for transforming fitness.

If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Interval training and HIIT workouts are great to do twice a week.

I was diagnosed with rectal cancer and was encouraged by my oncologist to do 150 minutes of walking per week during treatment and post treatment. I enjoy your workouts daily and able to keep up. Thanks so much 🙏

Jules this workout is brilliant! At 72 my goal is really just to be as fit as I can be and I can honestly say that, having found your website by accident one morning some months ago, I'm managing to get there! It isn't simply being able to 'keep up' during the routines but I've also noticed that I recover more quickly than I used to. All your workouts are great, not just the exercises and your smiley face but also the encouraging words and phrases you put up on the screen for us. Thanks Jules for helping me go from pre diabetic to normal blood sugar in three months. My husband and I were both surprised to be told we were pre diabetic after already losing weight. After being threatened with medication by our doctor, I began exercising to your videos once or twice a day, and my husband sporadically. I lost 10 pounds in three months and found that I was no longer pre diabetic and lost another four lbs in the fourth month. My husband, whose blood sugar was not as abnormal as mine, is also no longer pre diabetic.

To show my gratitude, I made a video of me working out to your videos. I may not always look the way you do when you exercise, but I am moving and that's important. The music was changed to avoid any copyright issues.

This is a daily struggle for both of us as we are not athletic people. Starting out with your easier videos and working up to the intervals has been an achievement. Love it, love it, love it!! I love to do HIIT workout the most! It's easy for me to pick up where I left. The most helpful part for me is your prompt to breathe (!!) and slow down. Sweaty was right even with a fan on! Humidity is crazy here just now. Find it much harder when the humidity is high. Did some strength training as well. Thanks Jules. X
