It's a shame that I'm 27 and have had chronic hip pain for 5 years due to sports injuries. Dr. Rowe is the only channel that has helped SIGNIFICANTLY in my rehabilitation. This man is a Saint.

Reducing oxalates in my diet for months has given me toe most joint pain relief of anything. No more almonds, spinach, chard, beet greens and beet roots. EONutrition has more information. I taught yoga for years but became so stiff I could no longer do even simple yoga exercises. I am finally able to begin exercising again without acute pain.

Dr Rowe is clearly a practitioner who likes to help people rather than big himself up. I have found his exercises are clearly explained and demonstrated so that you do stand a chance of being able to execute the movements yourself. I speak as someone with difficulties.
