This workout is a low impact workout so it's gentle on your pelvic floor. We will strengthen the core but with exercises that don't risk diastasis recti. Fantastic workout! I haven't gotten that sweaty working out since before I was pregnant! Currently 4.5mths and will definitely be coming back to this one! 💪

Thanks for your videos, they have really helped me stay active in my pregnancy so far!
I also would like to see a video involving weights, esp. for training the upper body and back. Pre-pregnancy, I used to train a lot with dumbbells, but am unsure how to incorporate them into my workouts in a safe way now.

I am so happy I found your workout videos in my first trimester. They have kept me sane during my pregnancy! I would love to see a few more 10 minute full body and cardio 3rd trimester workouts. I mix and match 2-3 targeted muscle group short videos together in the morning when I am short on time or energy. Would be great see a whole body/heart racer :). Keep up the great videos. I loved the workout! It´s similar what I used to do before pregnancy. The only thing I really missed is audio instructions, it would be extremely helpful to hear when and to what the pose is to change, also hear the clock notifications.
