Today we are doing 35-Min Third Trimester Pregnancy Pilates Workout to stay fit during pregnancy as well as prepare your body for birth. This workout is designed for third trimester when your belly is bigger and you require more modifications, however it's safe for all trimesters. I’ve been doing a lot of your workouts since the beginning of my 2nd trimester and now I’m at 33 weeks and found this workout to be really really difficult!!

I am 28 weeks. I found this one to be pretty difficult..probably bcs i stopped my daily yoga and walking routine after my first trimester. Im trying to stick to yoga this week, i feel like i need to. Shout out to all the mums that attempted and even completed this workout. Yall are amazing xo

I am here again after 3years, i gave birth to my first baby in 2020 and i was following your workouts, i gave birth at 37weeks very easy delivery, and here i am again

I just came to thank Jessica for all her videos. Had my baby early July safely after following her workout from week 8 to 38.
Baby came naturally and I am still in good shape . I am 2 weeks postpartum with a 5 month belly and will start the postpartum videos ❤.

(I’m on my husbands YouTube btw lol) When I got pregnant I started doing some of your workouts, but then was told I had a placenta previa which my doctor said I could keep working out but I wanted to take it easy. So at 16 weeks the previa cleared up and I slowly started back into walking, doing your videos, and being more active. Then January came around and I got really serious and started doing your videos 4-5 times a week. These videos have changed my pregnancy. I had back pain and stiffness before pregnancy due to a back injury that required surgery in 2017, but since doing your exercises and stretches, I don’t even notice my back and I feel so strong. I have a toddler and I feel more energy and strength to do things with her now than I did before. I just reached my 3rd trimester this week and I can’t wait to keep following your workouts, stretches and advice. Will highly recommend these videos to people pregnant or not! Don’t know how else to update, but will comment again to update on my labor and delivery and the rest of my 3rd trimester! Thank you for your dedication to us mommas!

40 weeks and 4 days and still doing your work outs! They’ve been so helpful as I’ve been following the calendars all pregnancy! Praying baby comes soon naturally!

I am 30 weeks today and have slowed down quite a lot from working out. I used to work out 4 to 5 days a week. The last few weeks, I have only been able to work out 1 or 2 days a week. I have been struggling a bit with dehydration and fatigue. I can't complete a 30 or 40 minute workout. I try to get up and walk for 10 minutes 3 times a day. I really don't want to be hard on myself, but I wish I could do more. I really appreciate your videos

I can't tell you How much I love your workouts. there was a time when I was depressed because I was putting on too much weight and then I found out about your amazing channel.And when I started these workouts my weight gain was perfect for each visit. currently 33 weeks and going strong thanks to you. All the Best to all the would be moms out there and shout out to all of you who are working out despite it being hard to workout during this period. my prayers and love to all of us..

Im at 31 weeks and this was so so hard. I did the easy version and I felt really tense in my muscles, but I’m glad I found your channel so I can exercise and feel better

At 37 weeks this was much too hard. My everything is swollen, it’s very difficult to be on my wrists, it hurts my knees, I stopped doing lunges long ago due to pelvic pain. I basically super modified everything and even just held a modified plank for things. Kudos to everyone who could do it! 6 weeks ago I probably could but not now.

As the first video in the third trimester playlist, my first assumption was that maybe this channel was a little too advanced for me but glad to know even long time viewers found this tricky. I might try a different video

I think this is my favourite video of yours so far!!! I used to be a gymnast and I loved doing some of the ballet type exercises, I felt so strong and connected to my body. Thank you so so much for your videos. I'm 29 weeks and praying for a swift birth and recovery. God bless you all! ❤
