Today we are doing a 25-Minute Pregnancy Walking HIIT Workout! Don't be fooled by the term walking, we are going to get a great workout in! No equipment needed! You can start this as early as your first trimester and continue until your birth! I hope you feel amazing after this Pregnancy Workout! (safe for 1sts trimester, 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester).

I am so thankful to have found your channel! I recommend to all pregnant mamas! I’m pregnant with our 4th (miracle baby after I beat cancer)! And I’m feeling great at 22 weeks after every workout!!! When I have a lull in physical activity, I like to do your cardio workouts to wake me back up. The timers and the workout percentages really help me get through the workouts, especially when I would rather be horizontal and doing nothing.
