Today we are doing a 30 minute full body pregnancy workout for a fit and sculpted pregnant body! We will also do pregnancy exercises and stretches to prepare your body for birth (and a shorter labor) and get baby into an optimal fetal position. I hope you feel energetic and amazing after this workout! Safe for all trimester. I do the entire workout low impact, but provide high impact options for those of you it's safe for (or perhaps you are working out with a partner or friend!)

Been doing her workouts since about 13 weeks. I am in better shape now than I was pre pregnancy. 28 weeks, still going strong with these every other day. Love it.

I have a third cesarean section coming up. It's 37 weeks now and I've been following your training program since the beginning. Even if I don't get a natural birth, I feel like these workouts also prepare me for a c section. I really like it and will continue after giving birth. I adore your classes! Even today I cried as it was a little hard for me (but I was careful, stopped video several times to rest), also think it was stress releasing through exercises! I’m sure soon I will be able to do it!! Thank you so much! That feels amazing!

Almost 20 weeks, and your workouts are the BEST. I started looking around because my normal yoga and workout routines are starting to feel uncomfortable, and I'm sooo glad I found this channel. I love the birthing tips (I'm a FTM :)), and little ways you include baby in the workout, it helps me realize who I'm working out for! It also gives me hope that birth and labor will go better if I treat myself right now.

Feeling so huge at 27 weeks! I was just going through your playlists and was wondering if you have ever considered making a 3rd trimester playlist? It would be nice to just go straight there and see all of your 3rd tri videos. But that would probably take a long time on your end. Either way thank you for your workouts!

I’m now 14 weeks pregnant and I’ve been doing your workouts since week 6. Some are challenging as it tests my balance but it’s also improving my balance at the same time! I feel like I always get a good workout in without getting too tired. I worked out prior to being a pregnant and I thought these would be easy but they definitely aren’t easy!! A good challenge every time!
