16 weeks with my baby #2 and already feeling tired. these workouts are perfect length and intensity. sometimes I add another video depending on how I feel. Need more of these and strength workouts!

Okay, I've been doing your workouts about 5 times a week since week 12ish (I'm now at week 26!) and this one was KILLER. I don't know why I found it so hard, but I'm thankful for a good sweat and feeling like Super Mama 😅

Thank you for sharing these workouts!! 17 weeks and I really want to stay in shape this pregnancy so hopefully my recovery goes better than last time. These movements, specifically the hip one really help and are enough to give a work out without killing me 😂 love these
