몸이 약해져서 3개월동안 운동아예 안하고 쉬고 먹는것도 잘 못먹다가 이제야 몸이 좀 나아지기 시작해서 운동 다시 시작하려고 켰는데 10분만에 나가떨어졌습니다 ㅎㅅㅎ..! 조금씩 조금씩 다시 해서 빅씨스님 1시간 넘는 운동들도 안 끊고 다시 하는 그날까지
