Try this new full body strength and cardio focused workout with weights to tone and sculpt all of your major muscle groups. Grab your medium to heavy sized dumbbells to add some extra spice!
Team, embrace the challenge, push past your limits, you CAN do it!

▸ Level: Intermediate
▸ Time: 25 Min + stretches
▸ Equipment: Dumbbells (I'm using 2 x 5kg for your reference)

Workout:
▸ Workout 40 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Final Challenge 60 sec on
▸ Cool Down 30 sec on, 10 sec off

Really enjoyed this workout as it was a majority of strenth training with a bit of cardio. Please do more intermediate ones because this one was perfect.

Great, exactly what I wanted. Haven't been working out the last two weeks, slowly starting again, and in summer time these shorter workouts with weights is perfect.

Thank you SO much for this 25 min strength workout! And my eye is healing well now from the vitrectomy so I am permitted to do all movements but still keep my head elevated and not looking straight to the mat on plank, so this is perfect for me today! Great routine Anna ❤❤❤❤

Hey Anna. I've been following you from the first workouts of your channel. I was on a break from working out for a couple of months this year. Now im back! You always motivated me in my journey.
