Welcome to this 10-minute full-body morning mobility and stretching routine to help improve flexibility and strength and release tension. This routine is excellent for all levels but will also help with beginner - intermediate levels to help open up their tight shoulders, hips, and hamstrings and want to create a sense of freedom and open up the body.

Practice at home, gym, or outdoors; no equipment is needed. By the end of this routine, you will feel refreshed, balanced, and light.

This stretching routine is absolutely amazing. I decided to go for a stretch this time instead of full flow class as my body felt unusually tired and stiff. It made a world of difference to how I felt afterwards. Thank you Tim ❤

Grateful! Thank you for this slower video. Focus on hips and shoulders is what I needed. I work at a desk all day, and those areas are tight. I did the video twice in a row and noticed an exponential difference!

Didn’t have much time today and took this short mobility routine, I really enjoyed it and feel much more flexibel now👍🙏

I feel more heat in my knees at the end of the class. Felt grateful to do every movement and I would like to keep working on my flexibility to be able to squat and bend when I am 60, 70, 80, 90 and hopefully 100
