I’ve done this every day for about 6 months. I’m a former football player and gymnast and the benefit this has had on my destroyed hips has been crazy.

Have been doing this for a couple days and am loving the routine so far. I struggle with hip mobility a lot and can’t do the knee touches or cossack squat comfortably. Does it eventually get easier?
