Welcome to the Episode 6 of Summer Weight loss program and we are doing High Intensity Cardio Workout. it is perfect for burning calories not only for 30 minutes but up to one hour.
Take your water bottle and mat with you.

Why it is beginners?
We have breaks in between workouts.
Some Workouts are repeated.
There aren't any difficult movements.

All the workouts are without any Equipment.
For this Challenge we will do one workout per two days because this is beginners program, the repetition is good for muscle memory.
