Today is Day 1 of the 7-day Postpartum Workout Challenge! It's Leg Day (Postnatal Leg Workout). Can start after you are cleared for exercise (~6 weeks postpartum to 12 months postpartum and beyond) Optional dumbbells (or water bottles)! I hope you love this weekly postpartum workout plan!

I am 6 months post partum, it's about time for me to get back to it! This post partum challenge is perfect - i'll be able to get some done even with a baby that does cat naps! I followed Pregnancy and postpartum tv while pregnant and will continue to do so. I recommend to my pregnant and postpartum friends!

I’m on 5 months postpartum after my second pregnancy. I found your channel two weeks ago and since then i have been doing the workout almost every other day. The workout is perfect for busy mom, there are variety workouts to choose, you are not doing too fast and the workout are not too difficult which i am able to follow .
I have gained over 40 lbs over the pregnancies and yes my body is no longer the same as before . There are times I do get upset on my body shapes and sizes . Your quote of day really uplifted my mood…. remind myself that i created two miracles in the body, and they are happy, healthy kids ..

I absolutely loved the last pregnancy workout challenge so I’m so excited to do this one! I love how they are short, which makes it doable with busy mom life, but short does not mean easy, they have just the right amount of challenge with great options! Thanks for the great content!

I practiced yoga with your videos during my pregnancy and I gave birth to my child 2 months ago. I had a great labor because of your natural birth preparation exercises.
