Did this workout last night all the way to the end! I’m 9months PP and have been watching your videos since I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes during my pregnancy last year. I was able to lose 5 pounds prior to delivering my baby and now I’m 15 pounds down from what I was BEFORE I got pregnant. Baby weight gone! And I just love your yoga videos! I never tried yoga before and it is definitely what I need at the end of a stressful day. Thank you for everything during my journey!

I really enjoy these with the weights. Working out at home I don't always feel like I'm doing enough but the addition of the weights helps give me that little extra that I need.

Loved it. Like that it included a warmup and cool down even though it was short it fits perfectly into the small window of “free time” I have as a first time mama.

I started your workouts during my fourth pregnancy and loved them. My baby is now four months old and I am trying* to start back to working out regularly. As I only have very limited windows of time, these workouts are so perfect. I still feel like I get a great workout in a short period of time. And I know that I won’t be further harming my core while trying to get back in shape.

I'm 10 months post-partum and have been regularly doing your work out videos. They are perfect and I don't have to worry about doing something that will make diastasis worse! Love how I can just click and go. Just wanted to say, I've tried a lot of them but THIS video was just right in terms of length (can fit it in any time) and also getting a little sweat going. Also love that it hits the major body parts. I feel if you did this video PLUS just a couple more intense targets of glute muscles and arms it would be the perfect cardio + muscle strengthening video. Could you extend this same workout to 20 minutes for the perfect daily workout??? YES!! DO IT!! :-) Thank you so much for your vidéos, I'm planning on sharing with pregnant and PP moms.
