I'm so excited! Today is the very last day of the 14 day postpartum workout challenge! We are celebrating with a 20 minute postpartum dance cardio workout!
It's all low impact and you don't need any equipment. Don't worry about getting it perfect...just follow along and enjoy the music! I hope you have fun and thank you so much for joining me for this challenge! I'm so proud of you and so grateful for you!

Took me more then 3 weeks to finished this 14 days challenge. But I did it!! I am 3 months postpartum and those workouts feel soooo good.

I do this 14 day challenge while doing calorie deficit, and drinks a lot of water 1.5 liter sometimes 2 liters, I'm so happy to the results from 62kg to 59kg. I'm finally now confident thanks to your videos for mommies like me 🥰💖 I will continue watching your videos and try another challenge until I become fit again 💕

I have done 2 of these workouts so far and the next day I was so sore! I’m 4 months postpartum and this is giving me better cardio than a walk! I really enjoy the energy in these videos!

Im 8 weeks post partum and stumbled across this series while looking for some post partum safe flow yoga. Ended up going back to the start and doing all 14 days straight. I looked forward to devoting the 20 minutes of me time and return to my family a better version of myself. I knew tta i should go straight back to running and these videos gave me thr guidance I needed to slowly and safely start my return to sport. Thanks for making this accessible to all women❤

Definitely didn't do them all in 14 days straight, but still finished! feeling really good and will continue with the postpartum workouts - 20min is a perfect length. Baby is 15 weeks now and can almost always watch me working out from her playmat for the whole time <3

I did it! Day 14 of working out consistently for the first time since having a baby last fall. I really want to try for another baby soon but I wanted to get stronger and heal my diastasis recti first. It was so overwhelming to know where to start! I did a video from your 14-day challenge plus a walk with my kids every day, and I already notice a difference, and am so much more motivated to keep going. THANK YOU! And my future third child will probably thank you too! ;)

I finished! I only did it on weekdays so it took me almost 3 weeks, but don't think I have ever worked out this consistently before. It made such a difference when I just decided that the workout was the already-decided first thing I do. I feel like I can already feel and maybe see a difference in my core, and I'm not as quickly worn out by carrying my 11mo and 2.5yo up stairs 😊 I'm excited to jump into your normal monthly workout calendar and continue getting stronger! Thank you for your workouts and encouragement.
