Jessica Pumple is a registered dietitian, and pre & postnatal fitness instructor and certified pregnancy and postpartum core exercise specialist (CPES). She helps pregnant women stay fit, have healthy babies, and easier labors. She helps new moms with postpartum recovery, to heal and strengthen their core and feel energized after pregnancy!

So happy I found your workouts. I've been doing your yoga workouts since I was 3 months pregnant and then 8 weeks post-partum and I love them. I've struggled with sticking to exercise in the past but your videos are so encouraging and supportive. I find your voice and demeanour so calming and can't imagine doing any other workouts now, thank you for saving me! x

7 weeks postpartum. Just completed this after my 4am nursing. Definitely took the modifications and a few seconds longer break! Sure feels great to get back into working out.

First workout postpartum and I’m glad it was this one! Can’t wait to follow along with tomorrow’s video!
