Jessica Pumple is a registered dietitian, and pre & postnatal fitness instructor and certified pregnancy and postpartum core exercise specialist (PCES). She helps pregnant women stay fit, have healthy babies, and easier labors. She helps new moms with postpartum recovery, to heal and strengthen their core and feel energized after pregnancy!

I’m so excited to get started! I’ve been walking and doing some core recovery workouts most days but now I’m ready to start really getting back into working out again!!

I'm in! Although I am late... Your workouts are amazing! I came through pregnancy 6lbs lighter than I was before I was pregnant because of your workouts. Hoping to knock off a few more pounds now that I am postpartum. Your workouts are amazing :)

I must say I appreciate these shorter work out videos! I have always wished you had shorter videos and am glad others mentioned the same and that you're offering this now. I am 2 months pp with my 2nd baby, so time is twice as scarce! I've just started this workout series and fitted this in between a nap (although baby woke halfway so had to continue with him in my arms!). Thank you!

I’m in 🙌🏼 crazy how as a mom of 3 littles, 7 days in a row sounds like a challenge for sure… but I want to do this for myself! I am also going to try to add on one of your 10 minute flat tummy videos.

I am 10 days PP and cause of your workouts I did the entire 9 months I only had a 7.5hr LABOR with my first and only a few stitches my body has near recovered within days and I’m now back to my pre pregnancy weight! 🧡
