No repeat cardio is perfect! The beauty of these is you can put them together with a couple of other Daily 10s to make a complete custom workout! 🤩

Oh my, did I challenge myself today! I needed to play a little catch up so I came up with a power hour with Heather and it ended up being a true power hour sweat sesh!! Here are the 10 minute sessions I combined today: 10 minute Squat challenge, 10 minute recent brutal cardio, Day 5, Day 7, Day 8 and Day 9 of the 30 day challenge. This 49-year old is feeling strong for getting it done!

This Challenge actually turned my entire life around. I am a stay at home mom, lamenting over my "mom-bod" wanting and knowing i needed to exercise use but just couldn't find a workout that I could stick with. These 10min workouts have changed my life and I'm only on day 9. I love how at the end you put a pairing workout so that you don't have to go searching for a workout to pair it with, for me this workout has been a game changer. I also lost 6lbs within these first 9 days. Thank you for taking the time to put this together. I see light at the end of my weight loss tunnel! ❤
