This is a FUN 30 minute workout. It is an easy to follow low impact aerobics routine simple, choreography taught in a slow and understandable way! It will start with a gentle warm up and finish with a brief stretch. This video is perfect for all ages, sizes, and levels as I will show options throughout. This video is designed specifically for active seniors and beginners, but can be challenging for anyone. This video is made by Jenny McClendon, MS, licensed Physical Therapist with 30 years experience in group fitness instruction. ENJOY!

My favourite kind of class. I really like a 30 min aerobics session, it's easier to squeeze it in between other things I'm doing than committing to a 1 hour class.

I don't know which video I like the best, because all of them are so good, I have almost all of them, I have been exercising to them now for about 4 years, I put on different ones every day, I love them all. Sometimes I will even apply some of the moves from other video into the one I am exercising to, and intermix moves. Your vides are so easy to follow, but boy do they make me sweat, they do the job, I started off at 174 pounds when I started, now I am down to 150, which I never though I would be ever again, Jenny your so real of a person, your not out there trying to show off your body like I saw so many other people doing the workout videos, Thank you so much for being just a real person and for your awesome videos, they encourage me to keep up with them, along with eating a healthier diet.

enjoy your exercises, I'm 74 years old and keep up with everything. "Routine" is not my favorite word but look forward to getting a good workout! Hope there are new ones soon.

I saw this new video and let out a squeal. My three year old grandson came running to see if something was wrong. I absolutely loved the fast pace. Thanks for doing this.

Nice to have a new video. It was fun as usual. You are fun, easy to follow and a great motivator. I rotate between all of your videos. I wasn't a fan of the music in this one but I am sure it is hard to pick out new music everytime. Thanks for keeping me fit at 66.

Even as a subscriber, I think this is one of my favorite classes. Thank you for these kinds of exercises for seniors. I am 71 years old. And I do the best I can to follow you and get stronger and keep flexible.

Thank you, Jenny, 30 minutes is more doable for me.I’m more inclined to do 30 minutes than one hour routines. Warm up and cool down are also good. I’m still dealing with arthritis and a carpeted exercise space, so this has been very good. 👍
