25 MIN FULL BODY KETTLEBELL AT HOME WORKOUT - workout with me

This full body Kettlebell home workout is a great to follow along with me. I will guide you through this circuit. I am using an 8kg Kettlebell for this workout, you can go as heavy as you feel comfortable. Loved this the forward Lunge to HALO was my favorite.
I like to provide a run through before the workout which gives you all off the exercises and also provides some alternatives that may assist you on certain exercises.
Please ensure you warm up prior to my workouts and cool down after. I have a warm up and cool down playlist on my youtube channel links below.

8 x Exercises, 30 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest, 4 rounds in total. Approx 1 minute rest between rounds.
1) Thruster R (Alternative Provided)
2) Thruster L (Alternative Provided)
3) Double Paused Goblet Squat
4) Gorilla Row R
5) Gorilla Row L
6) Forward lunge - HALO R (Alternative Provided)
7) Forward lunge - HALO L (Alternative Provided)
8) Pullover - Full Leg Raise - Knee In (Alternative Provided)
Stop at any point if you need to, and have a longer rest before the next exercise.
Make sure you have plenty of water.
