I’m not going to lie but I thought oh this is going to be a doddle, it’s only 15 minutes, then I remembered Chris’s 15 minute workouts are brutal. We were worked hard for that solid 15 minutes, yes there were modifications but as I wanted the most out of this I only modified one or two of the exercises and really felt I’d worked my abs and core to the max. Thanks Chris for another great workout

15 minutes went by like 5 minutes. Moving quickly between moves meant no excuses for me to pause and take a break. I liked it!

I loved how challenging this workout was with so many options to choose from. I found out that I need to work on my lower abs. This was short but effective.

OMGGG this was straight up horrible I wanted to bail 5 min in but I couldn’t cause you gave us so many modifications I didn’t have an excuse 🤣🤣🤣 damn you for being awesome

Loved this abs workout! I was definitely feeling them during and after. This abs workout has modifications for every level that you go back and forth trying. I was able to do the advanced most of the time, but I could go to modifications if necessary, Thank you for always thinking of everyone, Chris! Thanks for a great workout!

Oldie but a goodie! (Description says 1 day ago but no fig tree, no gold plaque (or platinum either), no wall graphics) The last move was hard, I had to bail at about 50 seconds, but the move before that is always a killer, I have pretty strong core but can only do the advanced move for about 30 seconds before I start to flop around trying to get back up and have to go to the modifications! Thanks

Phew, this was brutal!! Really challenging which i loved!. Attempted the advanced options on all of them, dropping down when i felt my back arching or hip flexors. Excellent abs & core class Chris! Thank you!❤

I liked the challenge you laid down at the beginning of this one encouraging us to repeat the workout and measure improvement.... Im getting stronger in the abs but have a way to go and so I will give that a try and see how far I can get - no excuse really as it is just 15 minutes, no equipment and lots of variety. Thank you.

Perfect length to fit in before dinner! There were enough options for me to do the easy one as everything that involves abs and legs seems to rapidly fatigue my hip flexors! Thanks 👍
