This is a new favorite. You’ve been helping me develop a consistent exercise routine since April of 2020. I absolutely love these 10 minute workouts because while they are challenging, being so brief makes it hard to justify not doing them.

I’m 6’4” and 250lbs, absolutely let myself go after my kid was born and with how easy it was to snack. Anyway, just started with your vids today and have been IF for a week. I already feel a lot better and these workouts really kicked my ass. I’m excited to do them again tomorrow. Thank you for these so much

Great tips sound so obvious some of them but so true eg swimming too fast I find I go flat out when I swim unlike running
