If you are in your second trimester and looking for a SAFE and EFFECTIVE Pregnancy Pilates Workout, this 2nd Trimester workout is for YOU! In 25 minutes we will warm up, then train the entire body, and cool down with beautiful stretches at the end. Exercising in the 2nd trimester is so important so have a healthy and fit pregnancy and to reduce any prenatal pains.

In this workout I make sure we do pregnancy safe moves. This means no crunches, situps, no exercises where you lie on your belly or put too much strains on your ligaments.

I liked the routine but would prefer maybe something sound wise to Indicate switching sides. Some people prefer no voice overs but atleast something for side changes would be helpful. I missed a couple of them 😂

15 weeks here 👋🏼! This was my first Pilates session since being pregnant and it was exactly what I was looking for. Will absolutely be a repeat. I did not mind not having any verbal cues as there is a faint buzzer to indicate an upcoming exercise change, but would've liked something similar for when we are switching sides. Looking forward to more workouts!

I love your workout! Previous pregnancy workouts I tried (not on your channel) were too easy. This feel appropriately challenging without putting too much stress on my body. I'm currently 21 weeks! I also mute my workouts as I watch TV, so it was perfect.

I am 37.5 weeks pregnant and this was great! I'd love to see more challenging workouts that I can still do in the third trimester. Another walking workout might be fun too!

It would be nice to know when to switch. Anyways, I tried many workouts before my pregnancy because I was an active athlete, but now my body is in pain becauce of my hips and back. So I was looking for something easier and this one was the best what could found.

It was a good workout but I prefer having verbal cues, at least to state the next exercise so I don't have to always look at the screen.

Difficult to do the workout without any instructions.. had to stop after 9 minutes and look for something else
