Great workout! I loved the birthing tip in this one about the position of your sits bones. I'd love more cueing about what I should feel where, and when to breathe out versus in. I really love when you lace those tips in to get the most out of the movements <3

I enjoyed this pilates workout very much. It's getting harder to do the faster paced workouts with the growing belly. This one is nice to your tendons and strengthens so many muscles at the same time. You can feel the burn 🔥
