Jessica, thank you so much for your amazing work! Im 33 weeks now and doing your workouts 4-5 times a week since 15th week.
People say that I only look pregnant because of my belly and nothing else changed. I look fit and my posture is great, no pains or so. Your workouts also help to keep my Gestational Diabetis in control.
Yesterday my doctor said to continue doing whatever I do, because we doing great in terms of sugar levels 😅 You are a guardian angel of pregnant women ❤

Just found your channel a few weeks ago. Pre-pregnancy I was really active and fit, I'm now 20 weeks along. You're so helping me feel like myself again! Definitely felt the thigh burn on this video!

Jessica, I'm from Ukraine and I'm 39 weeks. I'm so excited I found this channel several months ago. Excercise you are showing helped me to cope with pelvic floor pain, swollen feet and strengthen my body. 13 weeks and have been so so sick! I’m a tumbling coach and have a toddler and work has been the extent of my exercise so far this pregnancy because that’s all the energy I can muster up. I finally felt like I could move a little extra today and decided to try this! I’m sore but so grateful to be moving my body again! This is a favorite for sure!

There was a lot of the leg/hip work I couldn't do comfortably because of pelvic girdle pain but it's still great. I'm just working within my comfort limits at 35 weeks. Thank you for another great video.

I’m 14 weeks pregnant. I stopped working out when i found out i was pregnant and I’ve been sedentary for for the first trimester to make sure to not put myself at risk. Now entering my second trimester this has been my first workout and oh my lawd my hip external rotation was burning in a good way. Everything was popin and cracklin 😅 but oh I’m feeling so good now that I’ve completed it. Will def come back for more workouts. Thank you.
