Today we are doing a 20-Minute Pregnancy Mat Pilates Workout for strengthening and toning during pregnancy! You can start this as early as your first trimester and continue until your birth! I hope you feel amazing after this prenatal pilates class (safe for 1sts trimester, 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester).

I hear hundreds of positive birth stories now and I love hearing how preparing your mind and body makes such a huge difference in your birth. Of course, I'm so excited for you and I really believe you can have your positive birth and beautiful baby!

37 weeks pregnant today and, while I was very active before pregnancy, I'm at the late stage where physical exertion has gotten much harder and my body aches more. These workouts are a godsend for getting some movement in without totally gassing me. So glad I found this channel!

Im entering 3rd trimester this week. I was turned down by machine pilates at 8 weeks because "it's not safe" and I found your video. On top of running and gym workout, I have been doing your workout twice a week. People are so surprised how mobile I am. Its all thanks to you. My baby is now rapidly growing so I will do the balance ball workout. I also plan to continue your video until my body recovers from birth. Thank you so much

Thank you for all of your workouts!! I am week 33 now. I discovered you early in my pregnancy and have been following along as many days as I can. Thanks to these videos I have stayed healthy. Grateful to be mobile even in the third trimester. I will keep exercising with you until baby comes and I am looking forward to the postpartum exercises too.

I watched your videos my whole pregnancy. I’m now 31 weeks pregnant and I’ve gained around 40 pounds. Started I think 145 and now I’m 182. I barely ate my first 2 trimesters and was gaining so much and the 3rd trimester has hit me like a ton of bricks. These videos help me ease my back pains and the nausea. Not a day has passed I haven’t done a video or 2 some nights. I wish I knew why I’ve gained so much when I’ve stayed really active.

I absolutely loved this! I thought the bar showing the percent complete was very innovative, and I really enjoyed keeping track of it. Neat idea.

I am 8 weeks pregnant and this was one of the first physical activities I’ve done this trimester due to extreme fatigue and nausea. Before pregnancy I lifted 5 days a week and an avid indoor cycler. I really pray this gets me back into the groove! Felt great to just move my body❤

Thanks as always for another workout! I would say this one requires more modification for 3rd trimester; I'm at 36 weeks and finding some poses difficult, since my stomach is in the way...ex figure four stretch is not possible

This was awesome. Just what I needed after a long day of work/errands. It's short but super sweet and made my back pain better! I also love that you incorporate stretches during and after the workout. Please keep posting!!

Thank you for these videos! I'm really hoping I will be able to stay fit during this pregnancy so postpartum isn't as rough. I definitely slacked with my first baby and it's my biggest regret.

Thank you for the videos! Following the month of December workout plan. 14 weeks pregnant and limited with a subchorionic hemorrhage but these are great for me. I worked out with my first pregnancy and now that I”m older I know how important it is!
