Thank you so much!! I love your workouts and do them almost 5 times a week. I am in week 21 with my first baby. I appreciate the workout very much so. I just want to add that I would like to hear more of a variety with the music? Just hearing the same song can get a little redundant.

I've just started week 30 of my first pregnancy and this workout has been great. I've been exercising with you regularly since week 6 and I have to say these workouts are a real lifesaver. This was great! I am 30 weeks and this was my first good workout in a while. I've just been doing yoga and stretches and walking, but this was great to build up some muscle that I've been neglecting. Thank you!

I am 38w6d pregnant and I am still feeling good doing your pilates workout.
I have been doing your workouts from the beginning and thanks of you I only gained 8-9 kg during this pregnancy without having back pain or other troubles.

Jessica, thank you for all you do for us pregnant mamas! This workout was great, and I've been trying to do one video a day from you. I love the variety of videos you've made. I'm 7 months and started to feel large and tired. However doing one little workout a day in addition to walking makes me feel more in control of this mysterious process and more detached and relaxed at the same time. Thank you!!

Thank you so much for this video! I've been struggling with a nasty cold, hence haven't as much as I am used to. As a consequence my back felt very stiff and I even had a back ache, but during this workout it was more like an itch and my whole body feels so much better now!

This video was great. I appreciate that most prenatal workouts are shorter in duration because we shouldn’t over-exert ourselves, but sometimes I crave a longer, more challenging workout. Thank you for allowing me to challenge my body with this one!
