Ladies if you haven't bought Ashley's 12 week Post Partum Workout Plan, do so now!! I am 18 months PP and have the best body I've ever had. My husband said my glutes esp are bigger than they have ever been. This video introduced me to GlowBody, and I am forever thankful that it did!

Currently 4 months postpartum, and just wanted to come back to drop a comment. Your prenatal workouts were so helpful! I followed them all the way through my pregnancy, and I genuinely think they helped shorten my labor. I’m a first time mom, and my baby was 9 1/2 lbs (twelve days past his due date). My family has a history of labors, but mine was only (ha) 19 hours and only 45 minutes of pushing. The nurses were shocked he came out so quickly! Thanks for making these workouts available. Currently finishing up your postpartum workout program. 😊

Really appreciated your pep talk at 24:25. It's so important not to make women feel guilty or bad in any way about the type of delivery they have. The most important thing is that baby and mum are healthy! x

Ashley, I am 41 and after my husband and I experienced two losses at 10 wks in our first year of marriage, baby number 3 is beautiful and healthy we are in our 27th week! Praise the Lord! what a blessing. I came across your video 3 weeks ago because I was starting to get low back pain and my feet ached and I realized that I needed to get active to minimize the pain. On your suggestion I downloaded your free prenatal plan and have been faithfully using it since. I feel so much better and definitely am noticing the gains! My husband is constantly complimenting me on how beautiful and toned I am day by day. I have more energy, I am much more focused and I can't thank you enough! This was my first Pilates video and it was so tough, I did have to take some breaks but over all I’m proud of myself for making it all the way through!

I'm 25 weeks with baby #5! I have been going through the prenatal plan and have loved it. I have done all of the GlowBodyPT plans starting with the 12 Week PPP after my 4th child, then the 10 Minute, then LFSC + Cardio series, and circling back through the workouts. I'm incredibly thankful I found Ashley's plans, I feel like I could've easily wasted so much time (& money!) trying out other things. Her plans have got me and helped me stay in amazing shape for the past 2.5 years. I am excited to go through all the plans again after this baby is born, and I'm really looking forward to doing Firm 30 this time around! I got pregnant right around when it was released last year. Thank you Ashley!!

Just found your channel. 12 weeks pregnant and had a really rough first trimester with vomiting and low BP. I ran 21km 2 weeks before I found out I was pregnant and really struggled mentally coming from a fit-high to struggling to do a 15min pilates workout. But slowly getting back into pregnancy friendly workouts.

I would feel so badly if I didn't express my IMMENSE gratitude for you and your wonderful content! I have followed the prenatal program through two pregnancies, the 12 week Post-Pregnancy Plan, the 8 minute plan, the 10 minute plan, and started the LFSC Plan before getting pregnant. Huge fan here! I cannot believe how much stronger I started out after this pregnancy. I also was able to reach my goal of an unmedicated birth this time thanks to the physical strength and endurance I built up, but also the mental space the workouts helped me to get to. I also used several of your suggestions in your video detailing helpful positions for unmedicated labor. I would STRONGLY encourage anyone to get any of Ashley's plans! They really have been the most safely effective workouts I have found for busy moms. It is also a plus for me that Ashley focuses fitness on helping your body to be strong and able to respond to the demands of life and not on how to fit your body into a societal mold of "beauty." That was a long gush, but I just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you!

I am a dancer in my 2nd trimester. For my entire first trimester and a couple of weeks into my 2nd trimester, I was debilitatingly sick. I could not move at all and couldn’t stop vomiting. It was really sad for me to not move my body. I’m starting to feel better now, and this was my first workout since being pregnant. It was perfect. Thank you so much for the burn!

Loved this workout! I'm currently 26 weeks with baby number 1. Finally trying to get back into working out since I'm feeling much better now in the second stage of my pregnancy and I have to say this was tough, but I can't wait to do more of your workouts! :)
