I have been working out 4-5 days a week with you since the seventh week of my pregnancy 😊 I'm at the end of the 30th week now and only have the neck pain that I already had before pregnancy. I feel really good and think that's thanks to your videos❤ I had SI joint pain in my 20th week when I skipped your exercises two days in a row, but that has completely gone away 😊 cannot recommend your workouts enough.
