Today we are doing Pregnancy Exercises For Second Trimester! When you have a little more energy and your belly isn't quite as big yet :) This class is safe for all trimesters though, especially if you are looking for a challenge! Exercise is so beneficial for your baby's brain development and I hope you feel amazing after also!

Hi Jessica! I did one of your exercises almost everyday starting at ~ 20 weeks pregnant. I wanted to say that I delivered my baby boy March 31st and I had an unmedicated vaginal birth like I planned. I went into labor at 39+2. Labor lasted for ~12h, arrived at the hospital at 2:30am 4, 5cm dilated, and delivered baby at 8am. I followed your breathing and pushing tips and I tried a couple pushing positions but they didn’t work for me so I tried squatting and he was born after 2 pushes. I had a 1st degree tear which I’m pretty sure it’s normal. I’m recovering great and I wanted to thank you for all of your help because this was my 1st pregnancy and I felt lost before I found your channel. This is a beautiful work you’re doing here. Can’t wait to start the postpartum exercises. Good bless you and your family.

Can we all appreciate the dedication to wear the belly insert? I’m 26 weeks pregnant and it doesn’t make me feel that this is just another lady trying to get money for another video. She intends to make a living of course, but she obviously also has a goal of helping people. I love this

Im a little rusty! I used to do kickboxing with the Jillian Michaels DVD everyday when i was in highschool, but since being married and moving out of my mom's place it's been a challenge to adjust to the new space and duties as a home-maker. I gained 35lbs after a miscarriage in March and i stopped working when i found out i was pregnant again. I've been lazy, to say the least. I needed this workout a lot, my thighs are burning, but it feels so good. I used to do 100 squats everyday as a teenager, i really do take pride in how much effort i gave back then. Im embarrassed at how flabby I've gotten (although some of it is hormonal), but i know i can get myself back into shape for my son 🤍 im 20 weeks and i plan on following your videos regularly! Thank you so much for taking the time, it's really an encouragement!!💕

I am at my 24wks+1 and starting to do this kind of exercise. I am guilty for not doing this so earlier in 1st tri because of feeling sick and nauseated but will do this from now on. My due is in January 😅😊

Just finished this workout at the beginning of my third trimester (29 weeks) and feels amazing!! I will try it once more tomorrow with dumbbells 🙂
