I have a chronic illness, depression, and anxiety, I don't move my body much other than the occasional 10 min walk around the block, in which I have to be supervised and people aren't willing to do that much, this really helped me with physical and mental health, thank you ❤

This workout was quite fun. I wasn't feeling like working out today so I searched for a in bed workout and found it.. it didn't seem hard at first but it managed to made me kinda exhausted which means it worked. Thanks, keep making such workouts.

I’m 16 and I’ve never been a person who works out, im super unmotivated but im also always wanting to lose weight. Im gonna try to do this everyday and see where that takes me thank you for this it’s fast but I can feel it working my body!

omg this is the first time I haven't given up mid way or almost fainted.. this is awesome. my depression makes it very hard for me to get out of bed but i’m always wanting to lose weight so this was very helpful since i didn’t need to get out of bed and i still feel the effects of a workout.

You are an angel for this. I’ve been losing weight pretty for about a month now with simple diet and walking. I recently injured my back to the point where I can’t even get up to pee and the fear of gaining weight while I can’t move is real. This is so much help as it is easy on my back and I can still maintain weight loss while bed ridden.

I just broke my leg last week, and most days I’ve been to scared to get out of bed and walk. Doing these exercises here (as many as I could) really helped me feel more in control. And just made me feel better about myself in general :)
