I started doing this as part of a "micro shift challenge" - i replaced the 15 minutes of checking-my-phone routine in the morning with this workout and it's been such a great decision! The scrolling through insta on the phone gave me Nothing - but this is really life changing! I feel more energised, my mood is better during the day and the best is: NO BACKPAIN! that is so great, thank you!!
(I do replace the oblique style crunches with regular crunches BC I don't feel comfortable doing them ^^)

I’ve been having trouble getting into a normal routine after recently being involved in a bad head on car crash especially with the whiplash pain but this channel keeps me motivated and feeling as healthy as I can right now so thank you 🥺

Hi Maddie, I’m a new subscriber to the channel. It’s been raining a lot down here in Florida and I haven’t been able to go outside and walk like I want to. Plus, my motivation for exercising is pretty much nonexistent during the rainy season. I was looking for short workouts and stumbled upon this video. Thank you so much for putting together this workout. It’s perfect for those who are on a time crunch or want to workout without all the bells and whistles. Keep it up!

This is my favorite out of bed 10 minute work out! I like the background music to help me keep going, the timer so I can listen and not be obsessed with watching the clock, and the 15 second breaks to have water and see how the next exercise works. Thanks so much for doing these 10 minute videos so I can squeeze a workout into my daily routine :)
