I used to be a physically active person but now i have a left ankle and shoulder fracture and dislocation and gained about 10kgs 2 months post surgery because of the immobilization. These bed workout versions of hers has really helped me to start working out safely again although there were a lot of improvisations i had to do from my part.

Last summer I was committed to do the bed workout for 3 month and I lost around 7kg without any loose skin. Today I come back again for my summer holiday.

Edit: This year i have lost 4kg :D see you again next summer

Up at 2 am feeling guilty because i didnt workout. Got 45 mins worth of bed workouts in and im feeling much better and a little less bloated! ❤❤❤ All without waking up the hubby ❤

I’ll be honest - I didn’t finish the last 2 minutes yesterday because my motivation went down. But I woke up the morning with sore muscles I haven’t worked in so long! This will be my new daily routine - thank you!

I may not be strong enough to do some of these properly like the crutches but I have fatique problems that stop me from working out much and this seems like something I can implement better with my abilities!
