Dayana, i just wanna say I absolutely love your workout videos so so much! They are beginner friendly and easy to follow yet gives us the burning sensation at the same time. I especially love your bed workout videos as I am someone who never had those yoga mats or workout equipments so my bed is all i have for the comfort of my workout and i can even do them while laying down. And before someone calls me lazy for not doing it on the floor, I work almost 12 hrs per day (so HIIT exercises or those extreme ones which you do on the floor are just too tiring for me) and it's just tough for me to even take care of my own body sometimes but Dayana's videos helped me get back on track as i can do them before i sleep on my bed!! The results definitely shows. Nuff said I love your videos so much xx keep up the good work love.
