Such a great video! …how on earth did I miss its premiere? It must’ve been when I was in Alaska last month, or I truly do subconsciously avoid hip openers all together. And before you comment, I already know what you’ll say! The yoga postures I NEED to be doing are the yoga postures I avoid the most.

Finally!! it's out there..a perfectly orchestrated short flow sequence tailor made to to open tight hips like mine! it's such a challenge for me and NO, I do not have that much emotional baggage lol. Now I can see 90 90 in my future!!

This was fun to do but next time, I'd like to see it from an overhead view. Get a drone! Then we can look like synchronized yogis, maybe a new Olympic category!
