I really liked the combination of the poses in this session. It’s short and effective. The 2nd & 3rd rounds of the instructions “one breath one movement” seem a bit faster than the acts. ❤

I love this new routine! I try most of the routines depending on how I feel and even though I didn't feel super high energy it was easy to follow. I usually do one of your fast paced followed by one of your slower paced routines. This one has a nice feeling to it and a few poses I don't usually do every day! 😊👍🏼
