Hi Madeleine, thank you so much for all your workouts. Never could I imagine that my body would change like this. I look toned, healthy and I feel so well. I do your exercises at least 3 times during the week and then i do weights on weekends. I couldn’t achieve my current look either just weights. Your Pilates workouts work best for me. It’s low impact and slow but I feel every muscle. Please don’t stop posting. Thank you!💖😇

IM SWEATING A LOT?!?! its a worthy 2 weeks, i got 2 more days off last week because im too busy so im finished this plan at week 3, but its all worth itt thank you so muchh madeleinee its really helpful to keep myself healthyy

Ngl your videos are just my favorite! The structure is great ah I just love them. I was doing your pilates plans since March almost daily and now I do them additional to my running an dI love them so so much!! 🥰🥰

I honestly loved this! I did not lose weight like I aimed to, but I did see my body more toned and felt a lot stronger! I had slimmer arms and legs! I also did see more of my curves because of these workouts!! Thank you sm! I will come and do more of your videos!! 💕

I’ve always been a weightlifter girly but i decided to try pilates and i think this was the hardest workout of my life (not exaggerating) 😭😭
