Hey besties!

This is day 18 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 20 minute mobility, back, hips & abs pilates workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

Today humbled me!😭🤣🤣🤣🤣 I can't believe how sweaty I am and my body hasn't stopped shaking. Today was really challenging and I am glad my balance is getting much better than before. I still can't completely raise my legs to be fully straight but it's not as bad as before. DAY 18 done.💕

the last 4 exercises really put me through it... but i did it!! day 18 completed, so proud of myself and everyone else doing this with me! we got this <3
also i've been sleeping much better ever since i've stared this one one month plan, i can't be sure it's beacuse of the exercises but it really feels like it so thank you madeleine♥

Day 18! I'm honestly so proud of myself, because today it's the first day of my period and I usually avoid working out on those days, but I did it and I feel so good! Let's go!

Giiiirl i couldn't do the last moves 😢 my elbows couldn't hold me up. Also i can't keep my legs up when i have to put one leg down 😂i have to hold the other one with my hand so that i can move only one leg when they are up 😅 day 18 done with a lil fight 😂❤️‍🔥

The last set of moves i cant do. I cant get my elbow and knee to support me. But i modified. Proud of myself for going non stop for most of this. Day 18 - DONE

Since its thanksgiving break; the past two days I haven’t been moving my body like I would normally be and I’ve been eating a lot of food. (Which is okay!!) but, today I started to get back on track and went ice skating (like I normally do on Saturdays for 50 minutes) then came back and did this. And honestly? It felt really good! Nice way to get my heart rate up a little :)

I couldn't do pilates for 6 days due to personal reasons and now I'm like back at square one.. I'll just finish this and do another pilates plan in her channel! 😭 Istg I used to find some of the workouts easy now i tremble while doing it or even fall down sometimes.. makes me abit sad since my hardwork was gone but ain't gonna let that stop me now when I can always restart 🥂
