i have been doing lidia’s workouts for over a month now and she is the only channel i have actually stuck with after trying so many other fitness youtubers. I always feel so good after the workout and i have noticed changes to my body also as i no longer bloat badly but i also feel like i am toning up a bit so thank you lidia <3

Just did this workout. I’ve been doin lidias workouts for 5 weeks and I’m starting to see a difference, I don’t get bloated as much anymore and I’m toning up. I reccomend doin lidias workouts along with daisy keeches, Chloe ting and lily sabri. x

Hi, Lidia. Because of you I have been consistent with my workout routine. I have never felt so good with my body. Not on diet I still eat and drink everything I want but in proportion and I have seen results after 3 weeks of doing your workouts. Now it is almost 4 months 🥺 Thank you so much. Been doing these the last few weeks and have lost 5 pounds already! Also prefer that you don’t speak much it feels so much more relaxing and the time goes by so fast

I’ve been doing this workout for about 2-3 months now
I have not changed my diet but my legs are toned up and my thighs look slimmer 😭😭 its actually crazy. i didn’t notice any bloating differences honestly but like i said i made no diet changes. Thank you Lidia ❤️

Thank you Lidia. It’s been a week and i feel so much better. It’s helpful to have someone to work out with and i like how there’s not a lot of pressure when you think about doing the exercise. Just turn on the video and shortly, i can start it. Also, the music is lovely…my 11 year old daughter likes your music choices a lot too 🎉

I feel this is one of the only workouts I'll do where my neck isn't getting a six pack.
My abs feel sore today which never happens lol.
