I’m a flyer for cheer and since the summer has started, I’ve noticed I just let go of my body. I want to get back on track and I’m going to be doing these workouts. I can already say I am in love!! Can’t wait to see the difference it makes💗

I've tried multiple workouts but nothing has worked. (I need fun to make sport or I’ll won’t do it on a daily basis). This is the first Pilates workout I’ve done and it’s so much fun. I never thought about doing Pilates but it’s so effective and fun. Thank you very much!!❤

Okay I will start this and I will share my results every day :)

First day, first update !
It's hurt a little, but nothing bad, I will create a plan with meals that I must eat for lose weight more easily ! See u tomorrow ( maybe )
4days later: okay, my legs are definitely more slim ( just a little ) and I lose 4kg
Day 6 : I see a difference and I will continue to work hard !
Day 7 : Okayyy girlss I lose 5 kg OMGAAA and my body change omggg trust me it's workk !! I'll continue for 1 week
Day 8 : done
Day 9: done
Day 10: done

soo grateful that I ended up finding your channel! last year I was diagnosed with thyroid disfunction, couldn't do any cardio/regular workouts - heartbeat was raising like crazy.. only pilates helped me to stay fit and connected to my body! thank you so much Lidia 🤍🤍🤍
