These always end up being harder than I think lol the movements are small but they start to burn so quickly! The planks/hovering part really kicked my behind. Always love your workouts!

Solo hubo un ejericio que no pude hacer, y otros que me costaron mas pero en general me siento mas fuerte, mi core mas trabajado y ver que mi cuerpo me permite hacer cosas que hace 1 mes y medio no podia me pone feliz, comento para verlo en unos meses y ver si mejore!!

I’m always so excited to try out every workout video you post. I can’t believe 2 years ago I hated working out and could never stay consistent. Now I love working out and it makes me happier. I felt so good today I decided to do this video on top of the one month workout challenge. (I’m on day 4 and this is my 2nd time doing it). I love you 💙

I am just so grateful that this workout exists. I’ve been able to stick to it since april and it is july right now(with breaks). Not only did it help me stay consisted, but it also helped me achieve my physique goals❤❤❤

Halfway through the workout and I feel like my hands are gonna give up. But I love it I haven't worked out in a year and just doing half of the workout makes me feel happy thank you for the amazing workout video 😇🖤.

Oh wow, this workout is absolutely amazing. At first I believed that maybe it'd be too easy because I didn't feel much of a burn, but I was quickly proved wrong and realised that this workout is harder than I expected. I loved the burn and some of the moves really kicked my behind haha! Thank you so much for posting such incredible workouts for free. The music is simply perfect for a little morning workout to start off my day. I love everything about this workout.

Lately I haven’t had much time to workout but I feel like this is quick & easy plus hit the whole body! I’m hoping I can do this everyday and see some results 😅
