I just want to say I’ve never thought I’d enjoy working out and be more confident in my own skin but because you and your videos I’ve been now working out consistently for almost a year and I’ve never been able to work out consistently for more than a couple months max 😭💗 thanks for helping us all live healthier lifestyles physically & mentally

This is my second workout with you and girl I’m obsessed!! Usually my workout length limit is 30 mins, but I wanted to challenge myself since I’m going on vacation soon and this burned!! This was a challenging workout. Thanks Cela. Friday is the day I use weights. Did the 15 lb for some, 20 for the others. Managed, but challenged.
