I like that you’re doing all the sets with us, because I’m gonna be honest, sometimes I lose motivation when the video ends but it’s suggested to do 2-3 sets 😬

0:53 to start
-30 sec jump squats w/ heel click
-30 sec jump walk out w/ 4 mountain climbers
-30 sec sit ups w/ cross punches
-30 sec knee step ups with half burpee
-30 sec stiff run in place
Repeat twice for a total of three rounds

I’ve just done it and I can’t believe that I ve finished it without any additional break. My progress is amazing so far. Thank you so much maddie😇. Hope to find out this kind of intense hiit with longer duration ( 30-40 min). Love you xoxo🥰

I have to say, I get pretty tired of the same workout routines you find out there, (Im sure its incredibly difficult for instructors to change it up) but this workout had some unique qualities to it, along with many of your workouts, and was a fun change of pace! Refreshing. :)

I am absolutely sweating after this workout. The one I found the hardest was the down down up up squat, which means a revisit is in order!
